Running, sports psychology tips you must have to feel and perform your best when it has the majority - Want to know how you can achieve your goals of running faster, easier, and get the results you want? Here are my 5 tips to help you build a new motivation, confidence and create greater progress in their training and in life.
Positive images: using your mental workout and images through their training to create the sensation of speed and power. (eg if you are walking or running up a hill and get unexpected display a magnet pulling you effortlessly to the top). Use visualization before, during and after their training to build confidence and motivation back.
Words of power: Make positive mental training continuously self-declarations. Negative thinking is common, everyone has an inner critic. Awareness of these ideas from the beginning. Do not fight them, just acknowledge their presence, and then substitute positive words of power. (for example, when you're thinking: "This hurts, I want to rest and die, "he says to himself:" This feeling is related to a healthier and do my absolute best ").
CURRENT FOCUS: Practice your mental training for being in the moment. Remind yourself to stay in the here and now. Let the past and future events fade into the background.
ADVANTAGES: Use everything in the training run to your advantage. For example, if someone else happens, place and go back with their energy for as long as possible. You can take a "second wind" and take a personal record.
CHUNKING-GOALS: Focus on the immediate goal. Break your training objectives down into small pieces, manageable and begin to focus only on the first part, not all training (for example, say: "I'm just relaxing and getting my pace during the first mile or the first training session).
